Jovi Gan serves as a Director at Lymon Pte. Ltd. (“Lymon”) and is an integral part of the management team, where he leads all aspects of the service delivery across various product lines for its clientele. He has more than 17 years experience in the industry, across various jurisdictions including Singapore, New York and Melbourne.
Prior to joining Lymon, Jovi served as an independent professional director for investment funds. His practice includes hedge funds, private equity funds, investment holding companies and related structures, with varying investment strategies across several jurisdictions.
Before that, Jovi was the Vice President at Citco Fund Services where he managed a team of 20 accountants serving a portfolio of hedge fund clients located in Asia and North America with a total AUA in excess of US$6 billion. Prior to Citco, he led the middle and back office functions with investment managers based in Singapore.
Jovi was formerly an auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he was responsible for the execution of audits for various hedge funds and private equity funds and gained extensive experience working with investment managers and service providers.
Jovi is a Chartered Accountant of Australia and New Zealand and is fluent in English, Mandarin and Hokkien.
