My name is Philipp Fischer, I am a partner at Lenz & Staehelin Geneva office, where I am a member of the Banking and Finance group.
I have been advising financial institutions (in particular banks, securities houses, insurance companies, collective investment schemes, trustees and external asset managers) on Swiss banking, financial and data protection regulations for over 17 years.
I am a member of the Executive Committee of the CAS in Digital Finance Law (University of Geneva). I am also a member of the Continuing Legal Education Commission of the Geneva Bar Association and of the Geneva Bar Exam Commission. I serve on the board of the Harvard Law School Association of Europe.
