Amira Amin

Amira Amin is Chief Operating Officer of Liquid Strategies at Magnetar, where she helps oversee the middle and back office functions that support the Liquid Strategies and leads the evaluation and onboarding of new businesses, strategies, and products. She also partners with Magnetar's Office of the COO on a variety of strategic initiatives spanning operations and investment-related matters, including efforts to enhance organizational efficiency, drive cross-functional execution, and advance technology initiatives across the firm. Since joining Magnetar in 2007, Amira has built deep expertise across operational, business development, and investment functions. She has served as Deputy COO of Business Operations and Finance and Deputy COO of Business Development, giving her a vantage point across the full lifecycle of the firm's strategies – from origination through infrastructure and scale. Amira is a member of the Advisory Council for the Asset Management Practicum at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Northwestern.
