He led World Bank’s debut bond issuance in China. Currently, Mr Guo is a member of the Standing Committee of the Youth Federation of the People’s Bank of China ("PBOC"). Before joining Guotai Haitong Securities, Mr Guo was with HSBC in London. He graduated from London Business School. Mr GUO’s has publications in China Finance. He translated the book Bonds without Borders (Wiley, 2014) into Chinese (China Financial Publishing House, 2015).
