Having led in high-growth environments across AdTech (Switch Concepts) and prop trading (Dragonfly Labs), I’ve learned that the real edge lies in operational excellence - clear processes, smart automation and fast, informed decision-making. At 1DP, I lead our operations - solving complex challenges and helping the business move faster with confidence. I’m motivated by continuous improvement - removing friction, driving efficiency, and unlocking new levels of performance. Outside work, you’ll find me playing tennis, running, or scuba diving - staying active, grounded and gaining fresh perspective.
