Harvey Liu, Founder and CIO of Harview Partners, brings 15 years of expertise in hedge fund investments. Before launching Harview in 2024, he led FoF portfolios at Fountainhead Partners, steering asset allocation and serving on the investment committee. From 2013 to 2015, as vice-president at Cypress Capital, he managed global multi-asset investments and hedge fund strategies. Earlier, at CICC, he helped establish a Greater China long-short equity hedge fund with Sloane Robinson. Mr Liu holds a bachelor’s degree from Shandong University and an MPhil in economics from Oxford.
