David Beckett

David is a founding partner of SC Lowy, a $2bn AUM asset manager specialising in private credit across Asia and the Middle East. Since 2009, SC Lowy has built a market-leading platform, delivering consistent high risk-adjusted returns through alternative credit strategies across its core geographies: primary senior secured direct corporate lending and opportunistic credit. Now based in Abu Dhabi, David has been instrumental to the firm's exceptional 15-year investment track record in Middle East credit. He is focused on positioning SC Lowy as a leading contributor to the region's growing private credit market, providing an important alternative to address the increasing corporate financing gap. With over 27 years of experience in finance and cross-border credit markets, David is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (ICAEW) and holds a BA (Hons) in Economics.
