COO, Talaria Asset Management
Liz is the COO of Talaria Asset Management. She has over twenty years of global financial services experience across a range of sectors, with roles covering operational management, strategy, risk management, compliance and audit.
Her most recent roles prior to Talaria include being a member of the leadership team of a large-scale Remediation Program for NAB, Chief Strategy Officer for a startup niche banking consultancy firm based in UAE servicing clients in various countries. Prior to this she was with First Abu Dhabi Bank (previously National Bank of Abu Dhabi) for 6 years with her last role being Head of Controls & Governance Corporate & Investment Banking, globally. Before her move to the UAE, Liz was based in Sydney with Macquarie Group.
She holds a Master of Finance & Investment from FINSIA, a Global Executive MBA from IE Business School as well as a range of certificates including FinTech from Harvard, Risk Management Assurance from IIA, Islamic Finance from CIMA and a Non-Executive Director Certification from the Non-Executive Director Association in UK.
