Halley Caldwell

Halley Caldwell is Head of APAC Prime Financing Advisory and Co-Head of APAC Prime Financing Distribution with BofA Securities. Prior to joining BofA Securities in June of 2022, Halley was Head of APAC Business Consulting Services with Morgan Stanley Prime Brokerage from 2016 to 2022. She served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of Sylebra HK Company Limited in Hong Kong from the business’ setup and launch in 2011 through its initial soft close in fundraising in 2015. She started her career in hedge funds with Coatue Management in New York and Shanghai in 2010. She has resided in the APAC region for 15 years. Halley holds a B.A. from Davidson College.
