Paul is founder and partner of quant hedge fund Horizon3 Investment Management LLP (formerly Beach Horizon LLP) which has a 20 year track record managing large institutional accounts. Paul has over 30 years experience in investment management, technology and finance. Paul is actively involved in building systems, research and writing code. Paul holds a PhD in computer science and also have active research interests including AI, machine learning, data science, computer science, cryptocurrencies and Quantum Computing. Paul also advises other firms on technology strategy and fund management and is also currently advising a startup in Canada on the use of Quantum Computing in finance.
