Melissa Ferraz, Managing Director, is the Global Head of BlackRock Solutions’ private markets data and analytics business, eFront Insight. As global head, Ms Ferraz overseas the overall strategy of Insight as well as driving sales engagement and partnering with clients to bring data transparency and analytics to deliver a holistic view of clients’ alternative investments and catalyze growth in this strategic opportunity for the firm. Ms Ferraz is a member of the Aladdin Business Executive Committee.
Ms Ferraz is a seasoned leader with over 20 years spent growing and developing teams within Fintech organizations. She has spent the last decade as a specialist in private markets data and technology. Prior to joining BlackRock, Ms Ferraz was the Global Head of Client Development, Private Markets at IHS Markit. Prior to that she spent 10 years building and developing teams at S&P Global in a variety of leadership roles.
Melissa holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Iowa, an MBA from the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago and a Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago.
