Serene Cai

Ms. Serene Cai is Head of Securities Markets & Depository at SGX Group. She manages a team that is responsible for driving trading liquidity of the Singapore equities market through market structure and policies, intermediaries distribution, and product strategy. She is also in charge of depository-related business such as clearing and settlement, corporate actions and securities borrowing and lending. Prior to her current role, she was Director of International Sales with SGX Group, based in Chicago. She was responsible for sales and marketing of SGX Group’s derivatives products and capital fund raising platforms in the US. She started her career with SGX Group in 2005.

 

Serene holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy from the Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
