Peter Erceg

Peter Erceg joined Lockton’s Global Cyber & Technology team in June 2016. He assists clients with their understanding on the technical and business risks in Information and Cyber Security. Peter is based in London and works with clients across the globe.

Peter joined Lockton from EE, the largest telecommunications company in Britain. As the CISO he was responsible for the security of the companies and their customer’s information. He led a team that covered all areas of Information and Cyber Security, Technology Risk Management and Business Continuity for the company. At his time at EE Peter also headed up Enterprise Architecture, Integration and Deployment of the Radio Network while maintaining his CISO responsibilities.

Prior to joining EE Peter was the VP of Information Security at Visa Europe, responsible for the protection for Visa’s sensitive data for the company which had a turnover of over €1 trillion per year.

Peter is recognised as one of the leading CISO’s in the world; he sits on customer advisory boards globally and often speaks during events such as RSA Security week in San Francisco.

Based in London, Peter is originally from Auckland, New Zealand.
