Head of Legal & Compliance, Boussard & Gavaudan Group
Ms. Gewinner sits on the board of several funds and is currently the Head of Legal & Compliance for the Boussard & Gavaudan Group of companies.
Prior to her appointment, Ms. Gewinner held management positions at the French financial services regulator, the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (‘AMF’), for 9 years.
Ms. Gewinner holds a Master’s degree in Business Law from the University Robert Schuman Strasbourg.
