Head of Responsible Investment, Local Pensions Partnership Investments
Frances leads LPPI’s Responsible Investment Team. She oversees arrangements for stewardship and responsible investment (RI) on behalf of LPPI and directly supports client pension funds.
Her role incorporates guidance, advice, and assurance, in addition to oversight of the policies and procedures that deliver LPPI’s commitments to informed investment and sustainable stewardship as a signatory to the UK Stewardship Code and the Principles for Responsible Investment.
Frances joined Local Pensions Partnership in 2016 with 16 years’ experience in public sector financial management for Lancashire County Council via roles in accountancy, partnerships, exchequer, and Local Government Pension Scheme.
Frances graduated from Lancaster University (BA (Hons), M.Phil.) and is a qualified Chartered Public Finance Accountant.
