Jennifer Feng is a private investment funds partner in the Hong Kong office of Kirkland & Ellis. Jennifer advises international and regional private investment fund sponsors in relation to the structuring and establishment of private investment funds investing across all major alternative investment strategies, including private equity buyout, growth, venture capital, credit and real estate. She also advises on a broad range of other transactions related to private investment funds, including secondary transactions, fund restructurings, continuation vehicles, co-investment arrangements, separate managed accounts as well as carried interest and co-investment schemes.
Jennifer has represented, among others, Centurium Capital, CICC, Creador, Dayone Capital, EMR Capital, Genesis Capital, Japan Growth Investment Alliance, Hidden Hill Capital, IMM Investment, L Catterton, Panacea Ventures, REVA Corporation and VIG.
