Neil Mackie is the Founder of Dalhousie Governance Limited, a Hong Kong-based independent fund directorship and ODD consulting firm. Neil has over 20 years of experience in COO, Compliance and ODD roles. Prior to founding Dalhousie, he was Partner and Head of ODD, Asia Pacific at Albourne Partners (Asia), leading a regional team conducting ODD on hedge and private markets funds on behalf of institutional investors. Neil is licensed as a Professional Director with CIMA in the Cayman Islands and a member of the AIMA Hong Kong Development Committee.
