Host: Eliza McCarthy

Eliza McCarthy is a Business Development Associate within ASX's Markets Distribution team, where she works with issuers, brokers, advisers and market participants to drive awareness, engagement and investor participation across Australia's listed investment products market. With academic foundations in Economics and Marketing, she combines market insight, stakeholder engagement and investor education to support the distribution and adoption of investment products. Through her work at ASX and on the Sydney Women in ETFs Committee, Eliza is passionate about expanding access to investing through education and industry engagement, with a particular focus on improving financial literacy and participation among women and younger investors.
