Shuntaro Nagashima began his career at Daiwa Securities in April 1996, where he held various roles, including assignments in Japan, the U.S., and Europe. In June 2021, he became Director and President of Daiwa Securities Capital Markets Europe. Following his London posting at Daiwa Securities, he joined Daiwa Asset Management in April 2025 as Senior Managing Director of the Investment Management Marketing Department.
