Philip Marion is Chief Investment Officer of Foster Family Office, where he leads investment strategy and portfolio construction across public and private markets. As the first employee of the Family Office Group, Philip played a central role in shaping its investment philosophy and infrastructure, with a focus on diversification, risk management and long-term capital preservation.
He began his career at the onset of the Global Financial Crisis, an experience that continues to inform his approach to portfolio construction. Philip works across equities, fixed income and alternative investments, assessing opportunities in Canada, the U.S. and other global markets. His investment work is integrated with the broader planning needs of the families Foster serves, including tax, estate, insurance and intergenerational wealth considerations.
