For the past 11 years, she has specialised in compliance and governance, initially as a founding Director of Sea Analytics, a privately owned consulting firm. During her decade-long tenure, she advised boutique investment firms on regulatory frameworks, operational risk, and compliance strategy. Most recently, she has continued this focus at Perpetual Corporate Trust, further deepening her expertise in the regulatory landscape.
With a degree in Mathematics and a Graduate Diploma in Finance, Racquel combines strong analytical skills with a collaborative mindset. She is passionate about working with teams to drive success and enjoys contributing to the community through charity and volunteer work.
