Katy Allen

Ms. Allen is Head of Capital Formation and Business Development at Room40 Capital, a multi-strategy liquid digital asset hedge fund focused on discretionary macro investing and futures arbitrage across crypto markets. She is responsible for leading the firm’s fundraising, investor relations, and strategic growth initiatives.
Ms. Allen brings over 20 years of experience across traditional and digital asset markets. Prior to joining Room40, she led institutional sales at BlockFills, a digital asset trading firm, and later served as Head of Business Development at Cerus Digital, its asset management arm, where she played a key role in scaling the platform and significantly growing assets under management.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Allen held senior roles in foreign exchange institutional sales at UBS, Crédit Agricole, and Bank of America.
She began her career after graduating from Harvard University with an A.B. in Economics and a Citation in Chinese.
