Steve McClelland

Mr. McClelland is the Director of Credit Strategies at the Virginia Retirement System. In his capacity as Director he leads a team of 5 individuals who are responsible for managing the Alternative Credit and the Private Investment Partnership Programs. Together, these two programs represent approximately 16% of the $103 billion VRS investment portfolio.
