Priya has been working in the financial services industry since 2000. She supports FCA regulated firms including UK and US based asset managers, investment advisory firms, broker-dealers and proprietary traders, providing them with much needed guidance on key regulations such as IFPR, CRD IV, AIFMD and MiFID II including assistance with complex reporting requirements such as Annex IV. Currently, Priya and her team are focused on advising clients on the new capital requirements under the IFPR as well as assisting them with preparation of ICARAs and wind down plans under the Regime.
