Anne-Cathrine Frogg

Anne-Cathrine Frogg is the Founder of JELA Capital Sàrl, an advisory, consulting and board services firm, with a focus on the alternative investment fund industry. Prior to founding JELA, Anne-Cathrine was a co-founder and Managing Partner at Hugo Fund Services SA in Geneva, a FINMA regulated Swiss legal fund representation company (later merged with Acolin Fund Services) servicing over 600 offshore funds. Previously she was a fund of funds portfolio manager and investment advisory specialist for twenty years at Mirabaud & Cie, Agora Capital Services S.A, Commodities Corporation Investment Services (part of GSAM) and at Banque Franck. Anne-Cathrine is on the Board of Trustees of the Swiss Philanthropy Foundation, President of the board of a Swiss FINMA regulated asset manager, and acts as a Non-Executive board member for a number of offshore funds. She holds a Master’s in International Relations from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva.
