He is also an expert in environmental, social and governance (ESG) regulation and sustainability for asset managers and investment funds.
Lucian has extensive experience working with new and emerging managers, including negotiating spin-outs, revenue sharing arrangements and seed deals as well as advising on the structuring and launch of funds and the negotiation of strategic seed deal managed accounts.
