Daniel has extensive experience advising private credit funds on a wide range of complex cross-border financings across the Asia-Pacific region and beyond.
This includes leveraged and acquisition financings, real-estate backed financing and other secured structured lending; often with equity kickers in the form of warrants; profit share arrangements and/or other equity upside structures. He also has particular expertise in structuring and advising on back leverage and other co-invest structures for private capital including loan-on-loans, sub-participations and joint venture arrangements.
Daniel is qualified as a solicitor in Hong Kong and England & Wales.
