Vivienne Tannock

Vivienne Tannock leads ASIC’s Private Credit Strategy and Market Infrastructure team. With more than 20 years of experience across corporate finance, risk management and advisory, she has worked through multiple market cycles, including the Global Financial Crisis and the COVID-19 pandemic. Prior to joining ASIC, Vivienne was a General Manager at Commonwealth Bank of Australia, overseeing risk management across Institutional Banking, Global Markets and Group Treasury. Before that, she led CBA’s Corporate Credit Risk team for the Technology, Healthcare, Media and Entertainment sectors.
