Xueshi Bai, CFA ,Head of Global Investment Department in Sunshine Asset Management and a member of Green Finance Working Committee of Sunshine Insurance Group. Xueshi is also a part-time research fellow of Institute for Fintech Research, Tsinghua University and a Think Tank Member in Insurance Society of China. Before joining Sunshine, Xueshi was at Reserve Management Department, State Administration of Foreign Exchange (SAFE) and he worked on the asset allocation and portfolio management of foreign exchange reserve of China. Xueshi is a member of Global Investment and pening-up Professional Committee and an executive expert at ESG Investment Professional Committee of Insurance Asset Management Association of China (IAMAC). He is also an invited researcher of Industry Development Research Professional Committee of IAMAC. Xueshi is a member of Education Advisory Committee Working Body of CFA Institute. He is a part-time professor at Tsinghua University, Shanghai Advanced Institute of Finance (SAIF), Central University of Finance and Economics (CUFE), Southwestern University of Finance and Economics (SUFE) and Dongbei University of Finance and Economics (DUFE). He published many research articles in academic journal such as Insurance Studies and he leads three insurance industry research projects.
