His experience advising on sustainability-related matters includes advising on: regulatory compliance, enforcement, and engagement; organisational governance, risk management, and policies and procedures; development and application of international and internally-developed frameworks and standards; development of products and services; distribution and marketing of products and services; investor/client-related negotiations and due diligence; transaction-related negotiations and due diligence; mandatory and voluntary organisational and products/services-related disclosure and reporting. Angus' experience advising on regulatory matters includes advising on requirements under MiFID, AIFMD, SFDR, EU Taxonomy, CSRD, CS3D, Sustainability Omnibus, CBDF, ESMA's guidelines on funds' names using ESG or sustainability-related terms, UK SDR and labelling regime, and FCA's TCFD-aligned disclosure requirements.
