She is a longstanding DEI advocate. She has spoken publicly on a wide range of topics including neurodiversity and autism awareness, race and ethnicity, gender equity and de-stigmatising period care.
Rachael is co-leading a neurodiversity working group in Hong Kong which aims to harness the power of cognitive diversity to build a resilient and innovative landscape in Asia-Pacific.
