Hedge Fund Specialist, UBP
Ricky Siao is a hedge fund specialist in UBP Investment Specialists North Asia team providing Asia-wide coverage of hedge funds. Prior to joining UBP, Ricky served as an Investment Director at Penjing Asset Management, a Hong Kong-based hedge funds specialist set-up, as well as the Head of Client Solutions at Silverhorn Investment Advisors, an alternative investment specialist set-up, for a total of 8 years, building the franchise of the two firms. From 2007 to 2015, he was a senior private banker at UBS and JPMorgan. Ricky started his career with Citibank and was then the Head of Derivatives Sales and Structuring for Citibank Hong Kong and Taiwan. He holds an EMBA degree from Peking University, a MS degree in Investment Management from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology as well as a BA degree in Business from City University of Hong Kong.
