Tom is Head of Asia Prime Consulting at Goldman Sachs. Tom is an English qualified lawyer with 17 years’ experience in the Banking industry. Prior to joining Prime Consulting, Tom was the head of the FICC Legal team at Goldman Sachs, Asia and regional lead on a number of regulatory projects. Tom moved to GS in 2017 having previously led the Regulatory Advisory team at BNP Paribas, Hong Kong. Tom trained and qualified at Norton Rose in London and has broad experience across capital markets legal and regulatory matters.
