Kazuaki Kojima is the President of Albourne Partners Japan, a firm renowned for its unique research and advisory services in Alternative Investments.
Kazuaki began his career managing foreign bond investments at a life insurance company before moving on to significant roles in the fixed income and currency departments, as well as the asset management divisions at Goldman Sachs and Merrill Lynch. From 2011, Kazuaki led hedge fund investments at the Pension Fund Association (PFA) for 12 years. Since October 2023, Kazuaki has been steering Arbonne Partners Japan towards new heights. Kazuaki holds a law degree from Kyoto University.

生命保険会社にて外国債券運用を担当したのち、ゴールドマン・サックス、メリルリンチの債券為替部門、資産運用部門にて重要な役職を歴任。2011年からは企業年金連合会（PFA）で12年間ヘッジ・ファンド投資を統括。2023年10月より現職, オルタナティブ投資に関する独自のリサーチ及びアドバイザリーサービスを提供。京都大学法学部卒。
