Tony Tang, CFA, Managing Director, is Head of Blackrock China. As Country Head, he is responsible for leadership, strategic direction and all elements of Blackrock China business management, including building onshore presence and delivering Blackrock's China capabilities to global and local clients.
Prior to joining Blackrock in 2019, He was CEO of GF Holdings (Hong Kong) Corp. From 2014 to 2018, he was CEO and Chief Compliance Officer of China Asset Management Company. Before joining China Asset Management, he held various positions at China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC), including Deputy Director-General of Department of International Affairs and Department of Fund Supervision.
