Jenny Arlington

Jenny Arlington is an experienced cybersecurity, AI regulatory and data protection lawyer advising investment managers, portfolio companies and other clients in a wide range of industries on complex contentious and non-contentious issues arising from the development, deployment and investment in data driven technologies, including AI. With a focus on the UK and the EU, she guides clients through cybersecurity and privacy incident response and investigations, regulatory compliance and risk management, and support with AI, cybersecurity and privacy issues in their global acquisition and investment strategies. In addition to her regulatory practice, Jenny represents multinational clients in high-value, top-end complex international disputes, both arbitrations and litigations. She has received numerous industry honours, including Law.com’s Women Leaders in Tech Law award in December 2025, and is named a “key lawyer” in The Legal 500 UK “with particular expertise in technology disputes as well as cyber and privacy issues”.
