Aurelie specialises in the compliance of fund distribution for NON-EU and EU AIF/AIFM as well as UCITS. Her clients include fund managers wishing to market their funds in Europe or worldwide.

Aurelie has solid experience in advising clients on:

Registration/notification of funds to enter a new EU or NON-EU country for marketing,
Pre-marketing of AIFM in EU countries,
Compliance of marketing materials with local marketing & ESG rules of the targeted countries of distribution,
Distributor Due Diligence,
Distribution oversight.

Aurelie joined PwC Luxembourg in 2007. She began practicing in 2000 and during her career worked in New York, Frankfurt and Luxembourg.
