A top hedge fund headhunter and a leading talent strategist in the alternative investment industry, he focuses on team builds and leadership searches for boutique and global fund managers across liquid and illiquid strategies. Will started his career with Salomon Smith Barney in equity research. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics from the University of Massachusetts and completed the General Management Program at the Wharton School in 2019.
