Emily Randall

Emily Randall is the CEO and Founder of Bare Cove Technology. Bare Cove Technology (BCT) is an Asia based consultancy and IT solutions provider made up of proven leaders in the fields of cyber security, cloud technologies, software development, and IT infrastructure and design. Based in Hong Kong since 2010, Emily is an industry veteran with extensive experience developing and growing buy-side focused technology companies across the US and Asia Pacific. Prior to starting BCT, Emily was the Managing Director and Head of Asia Pacific for Edge Technology Group, Chief Operating Officer at Messer Financial Software, and held a variety of leadership and operational roles at Eze Software Group. In addition to a Bachelor’s degree from Tufts University, Emily holds numerous technical certifications in the areas of IT service delivery and management, cyber security, and database development. In 2018, Emily was recognized by DigFinGroup as one of Hong Kong’s 25 Women Leaders in FinTech.
