Jeff has over 25 years of experience in the financial industry, specialized in cross-border hedge fund investment, and digital wealth management. He is currently the CEO of Sycamore Asset Management China.
Jeff used to play various leadership roles before: Chief Digital Officer & Chief Product Strategy Officer of Noah Group, COO of Gopher Asset Management, Chief Product Officer of Lufax Holding, and CEO/China of CITCO. Jeff co-founded OpHedge Investment Services and Sycamore Investment Services in US and China in 2004 and 2016 respectively, and successfully completed the strategic transactions with CITCO and PingAn.
From 1998 to 2004, Jeff was the Vice President of Equity Quantitative Strategy Group of Goldman Sachs and investment strategist of LTCM.
