Kate Mulligan

Kate is Managing Partner of King Irving, financial services lawyers and consultants. Kate specialises in funds management law, including licensing and the set up of retail and wholesale funds, ETFs and ESVCLPs. In addiDon to experience in internaDonal law firms, she has held ExecuDve roles in funds management, giving her a pracDcal insight. She is an Independent Director of AusPayNet, Australia’s payments industry body. Kate holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Arts from Monash University and is a member of the Law Society of New South Wales and the AICD.
