Anne Yeo

Anne is the Head and Partner of the investment funds practice group at Rajah & Tann. Her practice covers the formation and restructuring of a wide range of onshore and offshore private investment funds covering private equity, venture capital, hedge and other pooled private investment funds. Anne regularly advises fund management groups pursuing a broad of business models in the preparation of regulatory submissions, regulatory and licensing matters, securities offering and ongoing business conduct matters.
