Lishi Fong

Lishi is the managing partner of Harney's Singapore office and the head of the Transactional team in Singapore.

 

She advises both financial institutions and corporations on a wide range of cross border transactions including financings involving multiple levels of creditors, distressed loan acquisitions and disposals, fund formation and downstream advisory and investment work.
