Ms. Zhao joined Fullgoal Fund Management Co., Ltd. in July 2015. She is currently the Chief Compliance Officer and Chair of the Risk Control Committee. She is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of compliance and risk management, and leading the development of the firm’s compliance framework. She drives the enhancement of risk management capabilities and internal control mechanisms across the firm. She also serves as a member of the Compliance Committee of the Asset Management Association of China (AMAC) and a Supervisory Board Member of CFA Society Shanghai, and is deeply involved in industry compliance governance and the development of industry professional standards.
With over 20 years of in-depth experience in the securities and fund industry since 2001, Ms. Zhao has long been focused on compliance and risk management in the asset management industry. She possesses extensive practical expertise and professional insights in regulatory compliance implementation, risk management framework design, and internal control process optimization.
Ms. Zhao holds a Master’s degree in Management from Fudan University, an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) from the PBC School of Finance at Tsinghua University, and a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS)
赵女士于2015年7月加入富国基金管理有限公司，现任公司督察长、风险控制委员会主席。她全面统筹公司合规与风险管理的战略方向，牵头搭建公司合规管理体系，推动全公司风险管理能力升级与内控机制完善。同时，赵女士出任中国证券投资基金业协会（AMAC）合规专业委员会委员、CFA上海协会监事会成员，深度参与行业合规治理与行业专业标准建设工作。
自2001年进入证券基金行业以来，赵女士拥有逾20年深厚的从业积淀，长期深耕资产管理领域合规与风险管理方向，在监管合规落地执行、风险管理体系搭建、内控流程优化升级等方面具备丰富的实践经验与专业洞察。
赵女士毕业于复旦大学，获管理学硕士学位，同时拥有清华大学五道口金融学院高级管理人员工商管理硕士（EMBA）学位，以及中欧国际工商学院（CEIBS）工商管理博士（DBA）学位。
