Penny Blair

Penny is a senior lawyer at aosphere Limited and is responsible for developing aosphere’s latest product, Rulefinder Crypto Assets, analysing the status and direction of travel of crypto asset regulation in a range of key jurisdictions. Penny also works on aosphere’s Rulefinder Marketing Restrictions and Rulefinder Marketing Restrictions - Asset Management products (directed towards banking/sell-side institutions and asset management clients respectively) which analyse and summarise cross-border distribution rules globally. Penny’s area of expertise is steering clients through a changing regulatory landscape, finding new ways to track and interpret the impact of new legislation, as well as navigate the nuances of jurisdiction specific rules.
 
Prior to joining the team at aosphere, Penny was a Senior Associate in the investment funds practice at Allen & Overy in London, acting as a key advisor to leading asset managers on all types of fund establishments and institutional investors on making funds investments as well as broader regulatory matters.
