Head of Compliance & Chief of Staff, Catalyst Funds Management
Rekah is the Head of Compliance and Chief of Staff at Catalyst Funds Management and has been with them since their establishment. She is responsible for managing the company’s regulatory obligations across both Australia and Singapore offices, as well as coordinating and executing initiatives to help the company grow in line with their values. She was previously the Executive Manager of Risk & Compliance at Shaw and Partners and prior to that, responsible for Compliance at Optiver Asia Pacific. Rekah also worked at Goldman Sachs supporting the Equities trading desks which included the Portfolio Trading team. Rekah holds a BSc in Mathematics with Management Studies from the University College London and a Graduate Certificate in the Psychology of Risk from the Australian Catholic University.
