Elle is a Director at Napier Park Global Capital (“Napier Park”), and serves as a Portfolio Strategist for the firm’s opportunistic credit program. Prior to this function, Elle served as a Vice President on Napier Park’s Product Group, specializing in structured credit strategies. Before joining Napier Park in May 2016, Elle spent 3 years at the alternative investment manager, ISAM, focusing on business development for the firm’s quantitative investment program. Elle earned her BA in Economics at Rutgers University, where she was also a member of the Division I Softball Program. Elle earned the CAIA designation in 2014 and became a CFA charter holder in 2017
