Rachel Aldrich

Rachel is the Chief Operating Office at Lattice Capital, an early-stage crypto venture capital fund. Prior to Lattice, Rachel was COO at Paqua Capital Management, a health-care focused hedge fund. Prior to that, she was an early hire on the asset management team at Galaxy Digital and a finance, risk and compliance consultant for Capco.  She started her career at Ore Hill Partners, which was acquired by Man Group/GLG Partners, specializing in both front and middle office work for distressed credit and long/short equity products.
