Kinger Lau, CFA , Chief China equity strategist for Goldman Sachs Macro Research. In addition to China, Kinger's role includes coverage of China-linked markets in Hong Kong and Taiwan. He joined the Goldman Sachs Asia-Pacific Strategy research team in 2004 and has since focused on the Greater China/North Asia region. Kinger was named managing director in 2015. Kinger graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Commerce degree (with Honors) in Accounting in 2003. He also holds a Master's degree in Finance from the London School of Economics, and is a certified public accountant (CPA) in the US.
