Shawn is an alternative investments fundraiser and investor relations professional, specializing in Asian strategies for nearly 20 years. Shawn strives for clear, educational communication with investors, from High Net Worth Individuals to Sovereign Wealth Funds. These Asian investment strategies have been shared with investors globally, from the Americas, EMEA, Asia Pacific and Oceania. Shawn has raised money for publicly traded strategies (multi-asset multi-strategy and long/short equity), and private market strategies in equity (venture, PE) and debt (trade finance, leveraged finance). Shawn’s educational background includes a Master's degree in Engineering from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the University of Waterloo, Canada.
